FINE ART PRINTS

Fine art prints are available of all images in the portfolio section of this site. Prints are hand-made to order by Mark Sunderland using the latest Ultrachrome K3 inkset on the superb Impart Photo Smooth High White Cotton 315gsm paper direct from the James Cropper paper mill in Kendal, Cumbria. This combination gives excellent archival results estimated at 75+ years. All prints are signed and mounted in acid free white mount card.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

The following charges will be applied to web orders based on order value to cover postage and packing. Orders are posted using Royal Mail.

Up to £10 - £2.50 (recorded delivery)
Up to £30 - £3.50 (recorded delivery)
Up to £70 - £5.50 (special delivery next day)
Up to £150 - £7.50 (special delivery next day)

Shipping is free on orders of £150 and over. Due to special delivery size restrictions, bulkier items may be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels with appropriate insurance.

These charges apply to UK deliveries. There may be a surcharge for delivery outside the UK - please check for details.

DELIVERY

Please allow 28 days for delivery (normally much sooner). We will advise you by email of the progress of your order and if there is any delay. Greetings cards will be shipped on payment, if in stock.

REFUND POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with the quality of the print that you receive. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your print it can be returned for a full refund within seven days. If greetings cards are returned, these must be unopened.

Please email contact@marksunderland.com before returning any goods, and a refund will be processed once the returned goods are received in good condition. Please take care not to touch or mark the print surface in the returns period. Returns after seven days will not be accepted.

CURRENCY

Payment is accepted in pounds sterling (GBP) only.

The mount sizes indicated above apply to rectangular images. For panoramic images the mount will be the same width but the mount height will be smaller to suit the format of the image. All sizes are approximate.

The actual print area will vary according to the format of the original with the mount window being cut to give the most balanced look.

CANVAS/SATIN PRINTS

Canvas or satin fabric prints on box frames are also available, produced by local printer Shake Design.
