My Moving Water images combine the natural blurring of the waterfall subjects that I love to photograph with my own camera movements over a long exposure to produce a variety of abstract effects... |
My first series of Moving Water images was shot in the Yorkshire Dales and concentrated on deep earthy colours, so I was keen to find a waterfall subject with different coloured rocks behind the water for the second series... |
On a trip to the Blue Mountains in Australia, I found a little waterfall at Leura Falls consisting of a series of small cascades over orange rocks covered in moss, and knew immediately that this was the subject I was looking for. |
